Innovation Counseling Services, LLC is searching for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to provide individual comprehensive outpatient services. We are contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, and various private insurances; our clients currently receive services in-office, adult day centers, assisted living facilities as well as in nursing homes. We are a new company with hopes to expand and provide services to an even wider client population in Gaffney, Laurens, Spartanburg and Greenville areas. Our mission is to be a service to the community by offering quality and person-centered counseling that will provide clients with the support and skills to thrive in life. Qualifications/Requirements

• Fully licensed in the state of South Carolina or Associate Level License. Beginners must have completed a Masters Degree or be in the process of graduating.

• Have completed a Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work or the like.

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields for those who are licensed already.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources, strong counseling skills and teaching skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and staff.

• Strong leadership qualities.

• Be a strong team player and have excellent counseling and customer skills.

• Be a leader and have a servant's heart for your team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish open lines of communication for clients, supervisees and team. Be a leader with a servant's heart!

• Communicate as a team, be a team member.

• Provide therapy for clients from a clear orientation. We are open and think outside of the box!

• Collaborate with Team and other Clinicians on staff. We work as a team!

• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

• Maintain own caseload which is flexible in size and days seen.
